Welcome from the cHIEF EXECUTIVE

I am privileged to have led the CSET group of schools since September 2016 when I was appointed Chief Executive of the Trust, having previously served as Headteacher of Downend School. 

As Chief Executive, I work closely with the Headteachers of each school, supporting them to provide the best possible education for each child, and identifying opportunities for our schools to work together and share the best of practice across the Trust. 

Our schools are supported by small but highly experienced Education and Operations teams who lead projects across the Trust and support colleagues within each school.

CSET has grown rapidly as a school trust and we have built a strong reputation in the local area based on the progress made by our schools during their time in the trust. 

We are committed to working closely with other schools and trusts in South Gloucestershire and the wider region, as part of our collective responsibility for the success of all young people in the area.
