William RobertsChief Executive
William Roberts
Will became Chief Executive of CSET in 2016, having previously served as Headteacher and Executive Headteacher of CSET schools. In 2023, he was seconded part-time to TPLT, working as CEO across both trusts with responsibility for all schools. Following the merger, he is now CEO of Pathway Trust.

Lisa DaddsDirector of Primary Schools & Deputy CEO
Lisa Dadds
Lisa has been a successful Headteacher of both Church and non Church primary schools. She has oversight of all Pathway primary schools and supports with those wishing to join. Lisa works alongside leaders to support all areas of school improvement. To support this role, she is an Ofsted inspector.

Joe DochertyDirector of Secondary Schools
Joe Docherty
After eight years of dedicated service in the military, Joe became a mathematics teacher. He has had two headships at Oasis Academy Brightstowe and The Castle School. Joe joined the CSET leadership team in 2023, and assumed oversight of all Pathway secondary schools from 2025.

Linda FerrisDirector of Education
Linda Ferris
Linda moved into her current role after a number of years as an English teacher and school leader, most recently as Headteacher at Downend School. She has been working across all CSET and TPLT secondary schools, with a particular focus on curriculum and teaching and the implementation of the national curriculum reforms and implications of the Schools White Paper.

Kate WinsorDirector of People
Kate Winsor
Kate joined us as Director of People in October 2025, following previous roles at Cabot Learning Federation and within the Higher Education sector and Fire Service. As a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Kate provides leadership of our People Team and is leading on our trust's People Strategy.

Sue WrightDirector of Finance
Sue Wright
With over 15 years experience as a qualified accountant, Sue brings a wealth of cross-sector expertise spanning the commercial, charity and education sectors. She is focused on securing the Pathway Trust's long-term financial sustainability and optimising resources to directly support pupil outcomes, whilst maintaining rigorous statutory and regulatory compliance.

Chris HughesDirector of Operations
Chris Hughes
Chris Hughes is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has worked within the NHS, higher education and third sector, including roles in maintenance, capital project management, and estates & facilities leadership. He has managed major schemes including City Academy Bristol and South Bristol Community Hospital. His Pathway role encompasses Estates, Facilities and IT.
