The Trust has a suite of policies which sets out its framework to ensure compliance with UK Data Protection principles, its retention of personal data, and in providing a right of access to information in line with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Trust is registered as a data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).  We have appointed an external Data Protection Officer (DPO) Service, SchoolPro TLC, to fulfil the legal requirement for oversight of compliance with data protection laws and this policy suite.
