The Trust’s Members assure themselves that governance of the trust is effective and that the Trustees are acting in accordance with the trust’s charitable objects. They act as guardians, taking a long-term view of the trust’s mission and purpose.

The Members of the Pathway Trust are:

• John Penrose (Individual Member)
• Ron Richards (Individual Member)
• Rhona Allgood (Foundation Member)
• Corporate Member for the Diocese of Bath & Wells (represented by Suzanne McDonald)

Pathway Members usually meet twice a year, which includes an AGM in January.
