Castle School Education Trust (CSET) is a multi academy Trust based in South Gloucestershire, we have seven schools spanning the area and are in need of a go-getting, dynamic and professional In House Recruiter. Situated in leafy South Gloucestershire, you could be forgiven for thinking you’ve stepped into a Hardy novel but less than 25 minutes away you are in the heart of the cosmopolitan vibrancy of Bristol City Centre.
Based in our Mangotsfield School, you will report into the People Business Partner and have support from the People & Recruitment Administrator, with some expectation of working from our different sites when needed.
The successful candidate will lead on all recruitment activities, ranging from initial discussions, marketing, shortlisting to on boarding. Experience of arranging and supporting with Careers Fairs would be a great bonus.
You’ll need to be organised, know how to say ‘no’ but in the right way, be able to learn quickly and hit the ground running with providing an end to end recruitment value adding service which gives the best candidate experience possible.
You’ll have experience of running and supporting recruitment campaigns, working with (internal) customers in truly understanding their needs and be able to screen, sift and interview candidates.
Job descriptions and person specifications will be something you are used to reviewing and updating in line with operational needs and you’ll be able to business partner your (internal) customer so as to ensure that our talent pool grows!
