The Castle School, part of Castle School Education Trust (CSET) is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Science Technician to join us on a permanent basis to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for someone to support the teaching of Science by:

  • Preparing engaging Physics practicals and resources for use with KS3 (ages 11-14), KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A Level) classes
  • Working as part of a team of technicians to manage practical resource allocation across teaching staff
  • Working as part of a team of technicians to prepare, distribute and manage lesson resources

 This is a part time, term time only post for 18.5 hours per week:

Wednesday 11.00 - 15.00

Thursday 08.00 - 16.00

Friday 08.00 - 15.30

There may be some flexibility around working days / hours.  The contract includes 5 INSET days at CSET 10.
